Who can book a visit?
Path to Wellness NP serves adults located in New York State at the time of their visit, since that's where I'm licensed to provide telehealth care.
Do you take insurance?
Path to Wellness NP is currently a self-pay practice with transparent, upfront pricing — you'll see the exact cost before you book.
Can you prescribe medication?
Yes — when it's clinically appropriate, I can prescribe and manage medications and send them to your pharmacy. Some treatments require an in-person exam or lab work first, and I'll always tell you when that's the case.
How does the video visit actually work?
After you book, I’ll send you a secure video link at the time of your consultation. We’ll meet face-to-face by video, discuss your concerns, and create a personalized care plan with clear next steps..
What can't be handled by telehealth?
Emergencies and anything needing a hands-on exam or imaging. If your concern needs in-person care, I'll point you in the right direction with a clear referral. For emergencies, always call 911.
What if I need to reschedule?
If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice. Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice, or missed without notice, will be subject to a $50 cancellation fee.
